274 Youth Core 274 (Otara) Youth (Young People) Core (Heart) is a community initiated project that was established as a result of rising gang-related crime in the Otara area. Allan Va'a (long established South Auckland youth worker) and his vibrant and passionate Youth Workers live by their motto- 274-24:7
Dziah Dance Academy Dziah Dance Studio has has two studios in our Otara base. It is here that we run classes for the public from some of the best dancers in New Zealand . Our classes run for 5-13 year olds and 14+ age groups.
The Shed - Home of the Rattlers A spin-off program from Back To Learning, The Shed is a program that seeks to engage young minds in the use of practical skills related to vehicle and motorcycle maintenance etc. The Shed is also home to it's own motorcycle enthusiasts' group known as The Rattlers.
The Pearl The Pearl is Crosspower's  Drop-In Centre in East Tamaki based on the corner of Pearl Baker and Johnstones Rd. The Pearl  provides a safe environment where young people can come and hang out, play pool table, table tennis table, do their homework, play games and connect with youth workers.
Street Dance NZ Street Dance New Zealand (SDNZ) was established in January 2007 to present the inaugural event “NZ Dance Championships” – qualifiers to the annual Hiphop International event "World Hiphop Championships" held in the U.S.A. Under the direction of Ennaolla Paea and select NZ dance companies, SDNZ has developed into the nationally respected entity that represents the New Zealand street dance community across the globe.

Reaching Out At Pearl Baker
The Safer Streets program is run at the centre at Pearl Baker. A committed group of volunteers run a "soup kitchen" for people in the community.
