Kakapo Woodcraft was started as a way to provide useful employment skills to the unemployed as well as a way to generate sustainable income to pay them at the same time. We have been operating for the past 3 years and have grown to where we are able to supply the needs of the Kings Plant Barn chain in Auckland. Depending on demand throughout the year, we employ up to 4 full time workers.
